Each garment begins with an idea, a conversation, or simply a feeling. From there, it is developed through drawing, draping and precise pattern cutting, until the shape feels inevitable.
Structure matters. Line matters. Proportion matters.
But so does instinct.
Every couture piece is drafted individually and is entirely unique to the person who commissions it. No existing patterns are adapted. Nothing is standardised.
The process is collaborative and considered. Together, we refine the silhouette, fabric, colour and details until the garment feels completely right.
Only a limited number of commissions are undertaken at any one time, allowing each one-off garment the time and attention it requires.
The cut defines the line.
The line defines the garment.
