Couture at PETAR is not seasonal. It is personal.

A bespoke couture atelier in Chelsea, London.

Each commission begins privately, often with nothing more than a conversation and a length of cloth. From there, a silhouette is shaped — measured, cut and refined by hand in England.

Structure matters. Line matters. Proportion matters.

But so does instinct.

Some pieces are restrained. Others carry more drama. All are considered slowly and made with intent.

Bridal commissions form a natural part of the atelier. They are approached not as costumes for a single day, but as garments with permanence — pieces constructed with discipline and softness in equal measure.

Every couture piece is drafted individually. No existing patterns are adapted. Nothing is standardised.

Only a limited number of commissions are undertaken at any one time, allowing each garment the time it requires.
