Our Philosophy

I founded PETAR on a simple belief: clothing should be made with intention.

I do not design in seasons. I do not produce collections.

Each piece begins with a conversation — about proportion, about movement, about how a garment should sit on the body and how it should feel to wear.

I am interested in structure. In the line of a shoulder. In the balance of a skirt. In the way cloth can be shaped, adjusted and refined until it feels resolved.

Everything is cut to order and made in the London atelier. Hand cut and constructed in England. There is no excess, no stock, no repetition for the sake of it. Only garments created carefully and individually.

I believe clothing should last — not only physically, but emotionally. It should be worn, altered if needed, and lived in over time.

Quietly. And for many years.
